Hotel Estoril in Boavista since 1999 offers a pleasant comfort and a family atmosphere. The property consists of two blocks. The first, fully covered in white stone houses of 21 double or single rooms, are simply furnished and individually decorated with colorful designs that speak of Africa and Cape Verde.
Each room is equipped with satellite TV, a small library in several languages, a ceiling fan, minibar and mosquito nets. Bathrooms are equipped with shower and bidet. For guests in some parts of the hotel, comfortable armchairs in which to lie down to read a book, a solarium with sun loungers, a small gym, free parking and a new store (Moumi gallery) of high quality African handicrafts. Attention to ecology is also known through the use of recycled materials and low-energy lighting.
O “Café del mar”, the hotel’s open-air restaurant, provides, especially for dinner, à la carte menu with Cape Verdean cuisine and European specialities including pizza. Excellent cocktails to cool off after a day at the beach or a good appetizer. Twice a week, the restaurant offers live Cape Verdean music.
The lunch, served buffet, offers a choice of fresh and varied products, according to their availability on the island.
The second block of the hotel, called Residence Cardeal, however, has 24 apartments (two of which are suites with terrace from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea) two or three bedrooms, ideal for up to 6 people, decorated with simplicity, with a kitchen with pans, dishes and cutlery. Cleaning and linen change, in hotel and residence, are usually provided twice a week, but a request for a fee, they can become daily.
